Fair Use Policy

To keep our network fast and fair for everyone, all Sky5G internet services are subject to our Fair Use Policy.

1. What Fair Use Means

While all of our plans include unlimited data, we expect customers to use the service in a way that’s reasonable and not disruptive to others. This includes avoiding:

  • Excessive or disproportionately high usage compared to other users

  • Running automated data-heavy processes (e.g. servers, mining)

  • Abusive activity such as spam, hacking, or hosting malicious content

2. Unlimited Plans

“Unlimited” doesn’t mean unlimited at any cost. If your usage is significantly higher than typical users or impacts network performance, we may:

  • Contact you to discuss usage

  • Adjust your plan

  • Ask you to reduce your activity

  • In rare cases, suspend or terminate your service

3. What’s Not Allowed

You must not use your service to:

  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails

  • Host or distribute illegal content

  • Attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks

  • Infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor usage to maintain a stable service for all users. If we detect a breach of this policy, we’ll usually try to contact you first. Serious or repeated violations may lead to service restrictions or disconnection.

Legal Note:

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. By using our service, you agree to comply with it. You can read the full Terms here.
