What kind of internet connection does Sky5G use?
Sky5G delivers high-speed internet using 5G technology only. This provides faster, more responsive connections ideal for modern households and businesses. For areas outside our 5G coverage, our parent company, Wi-Sky QLD, continues to offer fixed wireless internet services.
How fast is the internet with Sky5G?
Sky5G is capable of delivering ultra-fast speeds—up to 1Gbps download and upload—depending on your location and plan. Most customers can expect more than enough speed for streaming, video calls, smart devices, and working from home. We’ll recommend the best option based on your needs and signal quality.
Do your plans have data limits?
All Sky5G plans come with unlimited data, so you don’t need to worry about usage caps. A Fair Use Policy applies to ensure consistent performance for all users, especially during peak times—but for most households, you’ll never notice a thing.
What does installation involve?
Getting connected is quick and easy. We’ll supply you with a pre-configured 5G router—just plug it in and power it on. It’s ready to go out of the box, with no technician visit required in most cases.
