This summary provides important information about the fixed wireless 5G broadband services supplied to you by Sky5G, using wholesale infrastructure provided by Wi-Sky Queensland Pty Ltd. 1. Service Description
Sky5G delivers high-speed fixed wireless broadband over 5G. All plans include unlimited data, subject to our Fair Use Policy.

- Unlimited data*
- Designed for streaming, browsing, smart homes
- Standard support (9–5, Mon–Fri)
- Router: $300 upfront (no lock-in), $150 (12 months), Free (24 months)
- No lock-in contract option available

- Designed for business operations, VoIP, remote work
- Priority support (7 days, extended hours)

All prices include GST.
3. Equipment & Upfront Fees
A Sky5G router is required to connect to the service. The cost depends on your contract term:
- No lock-in (month-to-month): $300 upfront
- 12-month contract: $150
- 24-month contract: Free
The router fee (if applicable) is charged on your first billing cycle.
4. Contract Options
Contracts are available on a month-to-month, 12-month, or 24-month basis. If you cancel early, you must pay the remaining contract value. At the end of the initial contract, accounts automatically renew on rolling 30-day terms unless cancelled.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, Sky5G has a Financial Hardship Policy that may provide payment assistance.
5. Speeds
Actual speeds vary with coverage, signal quality, device capability, and network congestion. Performance may differ by location and time of day. Unlimited plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
6. Payment & Billing
- Bills are issued monthly in advance via email.
- Invoices can be paid securely by bank transfer (direct deposit).
- Credit and debit card payments are also accepted through Stripe.
- Payments must be made by the due date.
- Services may be suspended if bills remain unpaid for 30+ days.
7. Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints
Refunds: Within 7 days (cooling-off) if the service does not achieve at least 50% of expected performance; equipment must be returned in original condition. Refunds may take up to 20 days.
Cancellations: Require 30 days’ written notice (email, fax, or post). Please retain proof of cancellation. Early termination fees apply if still under contract.

8. Privacy & Legal
Sky5G complies with the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988. Subscriber information is stored securely and may be used for billing, service provision, or credit checks. Services are governed by Queensland law.
